Derek E Jones

Derek has over 14 years of experience in analyzing the real estate market and getting homes sold. Derek’s 30+ years in customer relations give him an understanding of his clients’ needs; his marketing plans are designed for each individual home and homeowner. With over 300 homes sold in the twin cities area alone, Derek has a proven record of success.

            This success has allowed him to give back to our community by volunteering and charitable contributions. In his personal time, you can find Derek out fishing and enjoying the outdoors with his wife, Marilu.



 Mary Pierce

Administrative Assistant

Mary joined the team in October 2017 and brings A background in Real Estate admin, business, and education.  While she wears many hats throughout the day her number one focus is providing top notch service to each client.

When not in the office she stays busy with the animals on her hobby farm, volunteering, reading and spending time with her husband and three teenage sons.


 Amy Weber-DeRaad

Transaction Coordinator

  Amy’s background spans retail & office management, HR systems support, direct sales, and customer service.  She works diligently to ensure that each client feels like they are her sole focus. She wears a smile with each phone call and email, part of her signature style! In addition to her professional pursuits, She truly enjoys life with her husband, Dale and the adventures of their daughters, Elizabeth & Sophia.

 Anne Steffen


Anne has been a business owner for over 20 years and has many years of experience in real estate working with buyers and sellers of existing and new construction, first time home buyers and so much more while performing at a high service level always.   She brings positive and rewarding management & relationship skills to her work every day! One of Anne's passions is working with our veterans and is honored to hold leadership positions on the Board of Directors for Coon Rapids American Legion Post #334, as Auxiliary President and for the Anoka County Veterans Council as Secretary.


Alicia A Anderson   


Alicia has 8 years Army Reserves experience and 10+ years in contracting, customer relations, and human resources. Alicia’s experience and knowledge provide more direct communication and personalized attention to each client.

            Alicia has a personal initiative to provide housing for homeless veterans. She enjoys knitting and reading in her spare time. Most of all she loves spending time with her husband and their two children.


Stephanie Scott


Stephanie is a recent transplant to the Twin Cities and has fallen in love with the culture. She truly enjoys being the go to for first time home buyers through all their real estate journeys.

She is active in church ministry and loves spending time with her family, especially her two children. Her background is in Hospitality and Culinary Management. She is excited to utilize all her strengths and knowledge for you, your family and your friends.

 Shawn McNeilan

Shawn McNeilan


Shawn spent 16 years as a leader in student transportation and has had the opportunity to travel the world.  His experience has taught him the value of teamwork and the importance of listening to understand. Shawn takes pride providing his clients a fun and easy home buying experience and wants everyone he meets to feel as if they are number one.

Shawn currently serves as the Chair of the State School Bus Safety Committee and fosters dogs with a local animal rescue.  In his spare-time he enjoys reading and spending time with his partner and their two dogs; you can often find them out and about the Twin Cities playing Pokemon Go!
